Accounts Team Leader
Accounts Team Leader is needed to join a small lively finance team at an established business near Exeter. Â Supporting the Financial Controller, the Accounts Team Leader will be responsible for supervising the purchase and sales ledger functions as well as undertaking month end duties.
Salary: £30,000pa - £35,000pa + benefits including 25 days holiday + bank holidays, company pension, wellbeing support, free parking, and much more.
Accounts Team Leader – The Role:
- Overseeing and supporting the purchase and sales ledger
- Overseeing and assisting with month end journals, accruals and prepayments.
- Producing monthly management accounts
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Financial analysis and reporting on a monthly basis.
Accounts Team Leader – The Person:
- The successful candidate will have a proactive, friendly personality and enjoy being in a busy, varied role.
- Recent accounts experience including month end duties is essential.
- Good IT skills are required and experience of Sage is desirable.
- A great communicator, you’ll have some experience of supervising staff.
- You will need to be organised and able to work using your own initiative.
Hours: Mon – Fri, 8am – 4:30pm
An immediate start is available but not essential.
