A leading European frozen food brand with over 30 years of success is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Finance Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a thriving office environment, providing essential administrative support to the bookkeeping team and contributing to the efficient management of financial operations.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls, routing enquiries, and responding to customer emails via Microsoft Outlook.
  • Processing customer orders and booking transport with logistics providers.
  • Maintaining and updating financial records using Sage 50, supporting the company's main bookkeeper.
  • Processing and managing purchase invoices, ledgers, and customer payments.
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping through filing and electronic documentation.
  • Managing EDI invoicing and updating customer records.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
  • Experience with Sage Line 50 is highly desirable; however, training can be provided for the right candidate.
  • Fluency in Urdu or Hindi is required, with strong English communication skills.
  • A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, ideally in a financial or bookkeeping capacity.
  • A proactive approach and attention to detail.


Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
