A Sales Representative is needed to join the sales team at a rapidly growing building materials wholesale company based in Woodford Green, London, on a full-time basis.

As a Sales Rep, you will act as the first point of contact, selling products to customers and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for the daily sales routine, specialist product enquiries, relationship building, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell products from all offered product categories to existing and prospective customers via email, phone, and online chat
- Drive sales for the business by producing quotes and identifying opportunities for helping customers with their projects and advising on related product lines
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships
- Ensure effective creation and follow-up of sales quotations
- Maintain and follow up on ongoing queries
- Close sales by referring to price lists and supplier terms
- Liaise with suppliers, as required, to fulfil customer orders
- Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company targets and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring
- Escalate product or customer issues to the Support Team
- Be well organised and demonstrate the ability to prioritise and effectively complete multiple tasks
- Organise and take thorough notes on contacts in CRM and assign new tasks with follow-up calls and emails
- Develop and retain product knowledge by attending training events.

- Salary with a commission structure (£30,000 per annum, plus commission)
