Nuco Solutions are seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our social housing planned works clientsteam. The successful candidate will lead the on-site delivery of social housing planned projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Duties:

Lead and manage the Planned Works Surveyors, Senior Customer Liaison Officer, and Planned Works Administrators.

Develop and implement strategies for effective project planning and execution.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards throughout all projects.

Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

Monitor project progress and report on performance metrics to the Head of Planned Works.
Requirements:

Professional qualification in building surveying, construction management, or a related field (e.g., HNC, BSc Hons, CIOB, or equivalent).

Proven experience in project management, preferably within the construction or facilities management sector.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.
