About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Dental Nurse to join a busy dental practice in IG8. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in dental nursing and gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.
The ideal candidate should be either enrolled in a dental nursing course or willing to self-fund the course. You will also need to have your Hepatitis B vaccinations up to date. Full training and support will be provided as you develop your skills in the role.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide chairside assistance to dentists during procedures.
- Ensure that treatment rooms are prepared and sterilized before and after procedures.
- Support with patient care and offer reassurance where necessary.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help with general administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing dental stock.
- Adhere to health and safety standards and follow infection control protocols.
- Must be enrolled or willing to enroll in a dental nursing course.
- Willing to self-fund dental nursing course if not already enrolled.
- Hepatitis B vaccinations are required.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Full-time position in a supportive and professional environment.
- Pay ranging from minimum wage to £12.50 per hour.
