Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: North/North East London
Salary: £40k-45k basic salary

Job Description:
Our clients are looking for a skilled Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team covering commercial offices across North and North East London. This role involves maintaining and repairing electrical systems across various areas of the building.

The need is for an Electrical Engineer to come and join small mobile engineering team, continuing to provide an efficient service of the maintenance and building services within a commercial environment.

Day to Day Duties;

Working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Part of a small mobile engineering team.

  • PPMs, Reactives, UPS and AHU, FCU, Emergency Lighting, control panels, 3 phase power,
  • Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner
  • Be proactive to identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve
  • Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported escalated as required.
  • Maintain informal communications with client staff members related to service levels and issues
  • Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client
  • Remain flexible with regards to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency
  • Be fully aware of relevant Health & Safety and general legislative matters

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine electrical maintenance and repairs
  • Conduct emergency light and fire alarm testing
  • Ensure all electrical systems are functioning safely and efficiently
  • Address and resolve electrical issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8am-5pm
- Overtime opportunities available
- Call Out ROTA 1-7 weeks

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance, minimum 5 years
- Electrical Installation, C&G or NVQ, 18th Edition
- Inspection & Testing (Preferred not essential)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
