A leading group of specialist online stores is looking for a Sales Administrator and Support with at least 1 year of experience to join the team in their Woodford Green office on a full-time basis. 

As a Sales Administrator, you will process sales and purchase orders. You will get to work in a modern office environment that offers growth potential.

About the Company

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding product or service issues via phone, email, and online chat
  • Accurately process and manage sales and purchase orders by referring to price lists and supplier terms, ensuring timely data entry
  • Maintain and update customer records to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary
  • Communicate with drivers to get updates about deliveries
  • Handle customer complaints, including product returns, late deliveries, and faulty products, providing appropriate solutions
  • Represent the company's mission, values, and voice in every customer interaction to ensure a positive experience
  • Report recurring issues and customer feedback to relevant teams to prevent potential churn and improve services

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and professional customer interactions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to approach issues logically and find effective solutions
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, navigating websites, and strong typing skills
  • Precise attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
  • Exceptional customer service skills with empathy and the ability to prioritise customer needs in a fast-paced environment
