Shipping Administrator

Location:Woodford Green, London

Salary: £25,000 - 26,000 + Flexible benefits

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Shipping Administrator to join a vibrant team. This newly created role bridges two key departments, offering a unique opportunity to collaborate and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately log bookings and shipment documents into our database.
  • Verify shipment costs to ensure they are correct.
  • Manage schedules for suppliers and customers, including following up for information and sending regular updates.
  • Record stock movements to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Invoice customers and send out document packs in a timely manner.
  • Assist the team with various ad-hoc tasks, such as filing and raising credit/debit notes.
