About the Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and enthusiastic Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join a secondary school in the Redbridge area. We are seeking a dedicated teacher who can inspire students and deliver high-quality lessons in French to help foster a passion for languages and learning.As an MFL Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging lessons, supporting students' development in language acquisition, and promoting a global outlook. You will be teaching French across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with opportunities to extend to Key Stage 5 for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in French, ensuring all students are challenged and supported.
Promote an enthusiasm for learning languages and culture among students.
Contribute to the development of the MFL department and collaborate with colleagues.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated and confident.
Participate in extracurricular activities related to MFL, such as language clubs or trips.

Successful Applicant:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience teaching French at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
Passionate about languages and keen to inspire students to achieve their best.
Experience working with students of varied abilities, with a focus on differentiation and inclusion.
