Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor/Manager to lead our logistics operations in a fast-moving warehouse environment. This role will involve close collaboration with the Operations, Warehouse, Customer Success, Sales, and Trade teams to ensure a seamless order fulfillment process and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with Teams: Work alongside the Customer Success, Sales, and Trade teams to facilitate smooth coordination of customer orders and ensure all requirements are met.
- Third-Party Logistics Management: Oversee and coordinate logistics operations with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring they meet service level agreements and quality standards.
- Delivery Planning: Plan and schedule delivery time slots, ensuring that customer expectations are met while optimizing resources and routes for efficiency.
- Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve any complaints or issues related to logistics operations, including those pertaining to delivery delays, order inaccuracies, and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor logistics performance metrics and prepare reports to analyze efficiency; identify areas for improvement in delivery processes and customer service.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate logistics processes, making recommendations for enhancements to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, or transportation, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Excellent understanding of third-party logistics operations and return management processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively deal with customers and vendors.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with inventory management systems and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to transportation and warehousing.
