Description

A successful Operations Manager should have:
- Extensive knowledge of property and construction industry standards.
- Strong leadership qualities and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing and overseeing a number of staff from Project Managers to Site Managers
- Proven ability to oversee and manage all aspects of operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
