About the JobThey need a friendly, organised person to help with office work. The new administrator will support their team by keeping things running smoothly, helping with computer work, paperwork, and making sure clients feel welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Organising files on the computer
- Setting up online accounts for clients
- Preparing meeting materials
- Talking to other companies to get information for clients
- Keeping track of client transactions
- Writing letters and summaries for clients
- Preparing quotes for insurance
- Helping with other tasks in the office
- Answering phone calls and helping clients
- Ordering office supplies
What They’re Looking For:
- Someone friendly and professional
- Good at talking and writing clearly
- Knows how to use Microsoft Office (like Word and Excel)
- Can handle tasks and finish them on time
- No previous experience in wealth management is needed
Details:
- Pay: Up to £24,000 per year (based on experience)
- Location: South Woodford, London (close to the tube station)
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (9 AM to 6 PM)
