Property Manager | Up to £35,000 PA

Day to day?
- Manage the referencing process from deal agreement, ensuring all required documents are collected from tenants.
- Send terms of business to landlords, gather necessary documents, arrange EPCs, safety certificates, check for landlord license requirements and conduct AML checks.
- Draft tenancy agreements and ensure final balances are paid before issuing agreements
- Coordinate key collections, inventories, inspections, and maintain property compliance with certifications (EPCs, gas, electrical, etc.).
- Track rent payments, follow up on overdue payments, and manage remittances, deducting relevant costs with new software automation in progress.
- Handle tenant inquiries and day-to-day property management tasks efficiently.
- Attend inspections (portfolio is predominantly local)
