The Role:

We are seeking a Deputy Catering Manager to support the Catering Manager in delivering high-quality meals, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

? Assist in the day-to-day running of the catering department
? Oversee food preparation and service for students and staff
? Supervise and support the catering team to ensure smooth operations
? Maintain excellent hygiene, health & safety, and allergen management standards
? Help develop menus that are nutritious, appealing, and cost-effective
? Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
? Provide outstanding customer service and foster a positive team environment

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a similar role within a high-volume catering environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
A passion for delivering healthy and delicious meals

Hospitality or Chef qialifications would be desirale alongside Food Hygiene certificates.
