Position: Maths Teacher Location: Redbridge, East LondonSchool Type: Mainstream SecondaryStart Date: Immediate or January 2024 Contract: Full-Time Maternity CoverWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Education Teacher to join a thriving secondary school located in Redbridge, East London. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in a supportive and dynamic educational environment. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective PE lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
- Promote physical wellbeing and encourage active participation in physical activities and sports
- Develop students' athletic skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship through individual and team based activities
- Assess student performance in practical and theoretical components of the curriculum
Candidate Requirements
- Qualifications: A degree in Physical Education (or related field) and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) are preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience teaching PE at secondary school level preferred
- Skills: Strong classroom management, the ability to differentiate instruction, and a passion for student achievement.
