We are currently working closely with a London based Main Contractor, who are actively recruiting a Senior/ Estimator to work out of their office in Woodford Green. The company in question was responsible for circa230m turnover this year and are expandingwith great success in the Social Housing sectors, with projects in refurbishments and regeneration at an all time high.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing all Tenders/Bidsand will attend client interviews.
- Have a solid understanding of social housing, regeneration projects and local authorities. This positionoffers a very good opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the Company.
- To check design submissions from consulting engineers & contractors
- To check specifications tender and working drawings etc. on projects and give advice to delivery teams
Requirements:
- Must be qualified to at least HND level.
- A comprehensive knowledge of current building regulations.
- Professional qualifications and/or institute membership desirable.
- Must reside within a reasonable travelling distance from head office.
- Clear committment to permanent employment, the company will not look at Contract or Freelance candidates.
