As a Junior Buyer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our clients team to ensure the smooth and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, goods, and services in line with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and ensuring the best value.
  • Monitor stock levels and place purchase orders to maintain adequate inventory.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet procurement needs.
  • Liaising with suppliers, confirming shipment details and ensuring shipping and freight arrangements meet legal requirements.
  • Manage multiple warehouse inventory levels and deliveries.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Previous experience in a procurement or buying role.
