Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, goods, and services in line with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and ensuring the best value.
- Monitor stock levels and place purchase orders to maintain adequate inventory.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet procurement needs.
- Liaising with suppliers, confirming shipment details and ensuring shipping and freight arrangements meet legal requirements.
- Manage multiple warehouse inventory levels and deliveries.
