My client is looking for a detail orientated and enthusiastic Architect to join their innovative team in Lincolnshire. The award-winning practice has a strong focus on providing creative designs to residential, commercial and leisure projects whilst ensuring each step is sustainable. The team pride themselves on their multidisciplinary practice and providing services from inception to completion.

The successful Architect will have outstanding design and technical skills and proven experience working across all RIBA stages. You should also have fantastic communication skills and be able to work comfortably in a team.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

  • ARB registered
  • Sufficient post Part 3 qualification experience
  • Run projects from initiation to completion with the support of senior team members where needed
  • Liaise with clients and team members
  • Work with junior team members to help their professional development
  • Develop technical designs to create exceptional design concepts
  • Attend site meetings
  • Must live within Lincolnshire
  • Revit knowledge is essential
