You will be joining a RIBA chartered architectural practice in Lincoln, with over 25 years of history, offering a wide range of services including architecture, masterplanning, and interior design for both public and private sectors. With a keen focus on residential and commercial architecture, they aim to create spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also environmentally responsible and socially inclusive.
Your new role
Responsibilities include:
- Running your own projects.
- Design Development: Create innovative and functional architectural designs that meet client requirements, incorporating sustainable practices and adhering to industry standards.
- Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial concept through to construction completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs and constructions comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations, maintaining the integrity and safety of the built environment.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to:
- Be a RIBA/ARB chartered Architect OR an Architectural Assistant with extensive experience.
- Have proficiency with AutoCAD.
- Have transport links to Lincoln.
