Senior New Business Manager

Vivid are currently recruiting for a Senior New Business Manager within the Development team at one of our Housing Association clients in Lincolnshire.

Working with the Director of Development we are looking to speak with experienced development professionals as the organisation looks to grow its development portfolio in new build.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior New Business Manager, this role involves acquiring housing development opportunities to support growth ambitions by utilising various forms of development delivery. The successful candidate will manage planning applications, secure opportunities that align with the development strategy, and implement joint ventures.

• You will identify and secure suitable S106, Package deal and additional development opportunities that align to the Development strategy.
• Develop a detailed understanding of identified growth areas and develop good relationships with developers, intermediaries and landowner.
• Plan and monitor budgets for projects.
