Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, overseeing projects in Lincolnshire. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing civil engineering projects, specifically within highways, car parks, and airports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all on-site activities for civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Lead a team of site workers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license.
- SMSTS
- FIRST AID
- CSCS
- Extensive experience in civil engineering site management, particularly on highways, car parks, and airports.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
