Our client, a leading company in the HTP sector, is currently seeking a Site Agent to join their team in Lincoln. This contract role focuses on highways, providing an exciting opportunity to manage and lead a multi-disciplinary team on an essential infrastructure project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and efficiently
- Providing leadership and management to a team comprising Sub Agents, Section Engineers, and Site Engineers
- Ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met according to schedule
- Coordinating with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progression
- Monitoring and controlling project budgets and resources
- Implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations on-site
- Preparing and presenting regular project updates and progress reports
- Resolving any issues and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle
Job Requirements:
- Experience in highway projects and understanding of the HTP sector
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate various aspects of a project
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations within the construction industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Relevant technical qualifications and experience in the construction field
- Proficiency in preparing and analysing project reports
