Our client, a leading company in the HTP sector, is currently seeking a Site Agent to join their team in Lincoln. This contract role focuses on highways, providing an exciting opportunity to manage and lead a multi-disciplinary team on an essential infrastructure project.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and efficiently
  • Providing leadership and management to a team comprising Sub Agents, Section Engineers, and Site Engineers
  • Ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met according to schedule
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progression
  • Monitoring and controlling project budgets and resources
  • Implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations on-site
  • Preparing and presenting regular project updates and progress reports
  • Resolving any issues and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle


Job Requirements:

  • Experience in highway projects and understanding of the HTP sector
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate various aspects of a project
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations within the construction industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
