A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager, who will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensure the smooth delivery of projects, and play a key role in managing resources, safety, and quality standards. You will be responsible for various projects across the East Midlands.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced leader with strong management skills and a commitment to Health & Safety.
Responsibilities:
- Attend pre-contract meetings and site visits
- Carry out site remeasures & create and issue quotations
- Produce all relevant method statements for the planned works ahead
- Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget
- Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed
- Carry out site audits
- Deal with and resolve any problems that occur during the project
- Submission of monthly interim valuations
Desired Skills & Attributes:
- 2-5 Years experience as a Contract's Manager
- Clean driving licence (Required)
- Ability to use Microsoft Office suite, including Excel (required)
