Simply Education have a fantastic opportunity for any Primary Early Careers Teachers (ECT's) to get their foot in the door with teaching opportunities in local primary schools.

We work in collaboration with a number of schools in the Lincoln / south Lincoln area and across the county to help ECT's secure long and short term placements as well as any day to day cover for valuable experience in different settings.

As a successful candidate you will:

- Plan and deliver creative lessons in numeracy, literacy and foundation subjects (non planning roles available)
- Assess learning needs and differentiate lessons accordingly
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies
- Establish strong working relationships with pupils and staff
- Promote pupils' progress, achievement and wellbeing


To apply you should have:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven primary classroom experience
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and national curriculum
- A passion for nurturing children's development
- A resilient, caring and flexible working style
- A 10 year checkable work history & 2 year referenceable work history
