Gi Group is recruiting General Operatives for an established company in Gedney Hill. This role involves working within the printing and packing department, ensuring high-quality production standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate within a busy manufacturing environment, either independently or as a part of a team.
- Accurately interpret job sheets and select the correct components for production.
- Maintain quality control by inspecting and correcting items as required.
- Follow all Health & Safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
- Good hand-eye coordination and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage workload effectively.
What's on Offer?
