Are you looking to step into teaching and gain valuable classroom experience? A secondary school in Lincoln is seeking a confident and motivated Cover Supervisor to join their team in January 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage classes during teacher absences.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to students in KS3 and KS4.
• Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson outcomes.

Requirements:

• Experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to adapt to various subjects and year groups.
