Are you looking to inspire young learners in Lincoln? GSL Education Lincolnshire is currently recruiting a motivated Cover Supervisor to join a reputable school starting November 2025. This role is ideal for individuals with classroom experience or those interested in a teaching career.

The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise classes in the teacher's absence, ensuring students stay on task.
• Deliver pre-set lessons and manage classroom behaviour.
• Work with teaching staff to support learning and maintain a productive classroom environment.
• Assist with classroom activities and student engagement when required.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience working with young people or a background in education.
• Strong classroom management skills and a confident, adaptable approach.
• A passion for supporting students and helping them succeed academically.

This role offers an excellent stepping stone into teaching, providing valuable experience in classroom management and lesson delivery.
