Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated External Sales Representative to join a market leading manufacturing company. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager you will be a key member in the team. Out client is looking for someone to fill a 12 month FTC, until the end of 2025.

Role Description

    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our existing customer base in order to maximize sales opportunities
    • Acquisition of new customers through promoting of our value proposition and services
    • Work toward agreed performance targets for volume, margin, and profitability.
    • Promote and Develop a Health and Safety culture across all aspects of the business

Skills and Qualifications

    • Strong commercial awareness combined with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well at all levels.
    • Highly self-motivated, well organised and have a strong determination to succeed.
    • Ability to work on your own initiative and have the ability to work as an effective member of the Asphalt team.
    • Knowledge of SAP/ CRM - Knowledge of regional Asphalt capabilities and regional Asphalt customer base desirable
    • Previous sales experience desirable
    • A strong work ethic and a team player mentality
    • Valid Full Car Driving License.
    • Company Car provided, with travel expenses covered
    • Quarterly Sales Incentive Bonus
