Lead Practitioner (English)

Lead Practitioner Scale – suitable 5-point range dependent upon candidate experience.

Full Time                    Required: January 2025

What we need

We are seeking to recruit an outstanding Practitioner to add capacity to the Quality of Education team as Lead Practitioner of English at our Academy.  With a proven track record of securing high standards of achievement for students, and the highest standards of teaching from staff, to expand the quality of education within our English team. The successful candidate will be an experienced Teacher of English with experience of teaching English across KS3-5, with the chance to lead on and develop the quality of teaching and learning within a successful English department and to lead on agreed whole school priorities. The role will teach up to A Level.
