Sales ExecutiveDuties:

  • To effectively achieve setsales targets at theprofit and margin levels required, selling a broad spectrum of Fire, Security, Access Control & CCTV solutions / products (varying makes,brands & specifications)
  • Build a brand new sales pipeline, plus increase business opportunities within current customers (i.e. across more sites or product ranges).
  • Build strong customer relationships for the short & long term benefit of the business &profile raising of the company & it's services.
  • Liaise with both business owners / management / directors& residential customers (B2B & B2C sales).
  • Expand the customer base for the companies products / services by identifying new customers & businessopportunities within the defined territories.
  • Attend Fire & Security industry exhibitions & networking events.
  • Continually update your knowledge with regards to industryproducts / technology as well as keeping up to date with theindustriesdevelopments & currenttrends.
  • Cross-refer sales of other company products to customersas appropriate
  • Update records and the CRM system with accurate information
  • Take part in and positively contribute to all sales / team meetings

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experienced in a Sales / BDM role ideally within Security, Fire & Access Control Services / Solutions or other Solutions Selling roles
  • Some Sales knowledge / exposure in an Engineering, Electrical, Electronic or Security related organisation would be beneficial (not a must as training given)
  • Used to advising businesses onSecurity & fire protection systems or with the ability to learn (either / or)
  • Full UK Driving license (Pool car provided).

Employee Benefits include:

  • Fully expensed Company Car (Pool Carso no personal tax to pay)& Tools, plus Fuel Card, plus personal use of Van.
  • Paid from door to door (home to client's site / place of work).
  • Overtime paid at x1.5 rate after 39 hours.
  • 32 days holiday
  • 10% commission to be achieved on all NET margins
