My client is an award-winning architectural practice and is seeking a passionate and talented Senior Architect to join their dynamic team in Lincolnshire. With a reputation for delivering innovative designs across residential, commercial, and leisure sectors, the firm is dedicated to exceeding client expectations while offering a bespoke service from concept through to completion.

As the Senior Architect, you will bring strong design and technical expertise, with a proven track record of delivering projects across all RIBA stages. You'll be confident working both independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client and contractor engagement.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

  • ARB registered
  • Significant post Part 3 qualification experience
  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion with support from senior staff when needed
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
  • Mentor junior architects and support their professional growth
  • Create and develop technical designs that bring innovative concepts to life
  • Attend and contribute to site meetings
  • Must live within Lincolnshire
  • Revit knowledge is essential
