RTL group are on the hunt for a Site Manager who specialises in RC structures and comes from a Reinforced concrete background.
My client is a leading RC sub -contractor working on a majorRC structureproject in the heart of Lincoln!
We are currently recruiting a Site Managerto complete a 12months contract. You will be required to manage theRC structures package including bridges and FRC works.
Site ManagerResponsibilities:
- Controlling safety, quality & environmental activities
- Sitesupervision
- Health & safety management
- Supervising labour and staff
- Producing method statements and risk assessments
- Sitecost/value control
- Programming
- Commercial reporting
- Client liaisonOrganizing plant & materials.
Site ManagerRequirements:
- Must have 5years minimum experience working on Reinforced concrete structuresprojects.
- Black/Gold CSCS
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Experienced with working with sub contractors.
