The Role:
Lead and manage engineering teams and contractors.
Ensure work orders and PPM schedules are completed on time.
Carry out root cause analysis to reduce downtime.
Promote Health & Safety standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
Prior engineering experience within the food industry.
Experience in leadership or management roles.
Strong electrical background.
