About the Role
As a Graduate Town Planner, you will:
- Assist in preparing planning applications and appeals.
- Conduct research and analysis to support planning strategies.
- Work on a variety of projects across sectors such as residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Engage with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Participate in site visits and contribute to planning consultations.
About You
You should have:
- A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI accredited preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
- A passion for shaping sustainable and innovative developments.
Desirable Skills:
- Previous internship or work experience in planning or related sectors.
- Familiarity with planning policies and regulations.
- Proficiency in relevant IT systems and software.
