* Address daily challenges, identifying bottlenecks and resolving potential issues.
* Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring full engagement in the change process.
* Highlight and allocate resources to key areas to drive measurable improvements.
* Serve as the go-to expert for all Continuous Improvement and process enhancement initiatives.
* Process map the site to unlock further efficiencies and streamline operations.
What We're Looking For:
* A strong background in Continuous Improvement or Factory Management, ideally within the food industry or FMCG.
* A deep understanding of manufacturing in high-pressure, target-driven environments.
* A team-focused leader with a proven track record in driving collaborative cultures and engaging stakeholders.
