Work Hour: 7am to 3pm or 8am to 4pm, 40 hour weeks

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting a Logistics Coordinator working on behalf of a global company which provides solutions for rail and road transport.

The successful Logistics Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Enforce stock accuracy and control (Annual stock check and perpetual stock check results)

  • Investigate and rectify purchase order discrepancies

  • Contribute to stores continuous improvement activities

  • Carry out asset transfers (electronic removal and installation) of Rotating Assets through use of CORMAP MMS ensuring correct location of installed asset against Production Records

  • Populate serial numbers where missing of Rotating Assets (both removed and installed assets)

  • Check Production recording sheets are complete, and all new rotating assets have been issued against the relevant CORMAP Work Order

  • Report to Production Supervisor any configuration discrepancies highlighted by the BDI status (Build Data Interpreter) and displayed against the Asset using the drill down and interpreter tools to identify the issue

  • Highlight missing fields within CORMAP Work Order to Production Supervisor (missing times, tools, failure codes etc) and run system reports to extract data

  • Assist with all other CORMAP MMS administration tasks as required by the Bogie Service Centre, and etc

Preferred Skills for the role:

  • Previous experience in logistics/stores preferred

  • General office skills and good organisational skills

  • Comfortable working in a factory environment

  • IT Competent

  • SAP Experience (desirable)
