I have a fantastic opportunity to work with a brilliant family-owned business that puts people first.
They are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team and help keep the Garden Centre and Nursery well-stocked and running smoothly.
As part of the warehouse team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring timely stock deliveries and assisting in the Lincoln Garden Centre.

From driving a forklift (training provided) to helping with deliveries during our busy season, your days will be varied and rewarding. If you enjoy being hands-on, learning new skills, and providing great customer service, this role could be perfect for you!

What You'll Need to Succeed:
* Ability to supervise and work collaboratively with our warehouse team
* Willingness to drive a forklift/reach truck (we can provide training)
* Flexibility to assist with deliveries, including driving our van during peak season (early starts at 6am around April/May)
* A valid UK driving license
* Capability to lift and move heavy items, such as specimen plants, bags of compost, and stoneware, on a routine basis
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Word, Excel, and the ability to use our EPOS system (training provided)
* Strong customer service skills both in the Garden Centre and while delivering orders
