About the Role:
As a Production Planner, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production process. You will coordinate production schedules, manage resources, and maintain quality standards to meet customer demand. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with production teams, quality control, and warehouse staff to optimise workflow.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of raw materials.
  • Address production challenges such as staffing shortages or equipment malfunctions to minimise disruptions.
  • Prepare reports on production performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment (food production experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of production planning principles and quality control processes.
