GBR Recruitment Ltd are exclusively recruiting a Marketing Executive for a well established & highly progressive Lincolnshire based business, commutable from Horncastle, Spilsby, Boston & Woodhall Spa (East Lindsey District).

This is ideal for a Marketing professional with 1-2 years commercial (B2B) experience, suited to someone who is highly creative & who wants to develop their 360 degree Marketing skills even further (Digital & Traditional) within a reputable employer who looks after its employees (an employer of choice).

As a Marketeer you will support Sales & Business Development strategies / activity.

Ideally you will have had some exposure to HubSpot, MailChimp, Semrush, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva & other similar Marketing software (varied experience levels considered).

You will get to be highly creative / innovative, producing Marketing & Communications content for the companies website, sales presentations, social media (Vlogs / Blogs), e-shots, flyers, digital adverts, sales exhibition materials (brochures etc..) & more.

  • Producing day-to-day marketing & communications activity, including creating marketing content & marketing campaigns across multiple channels (website, presentations, social media, email, flyers, digital ads)
  • Supporting & planning the execution of exhibitions / networking events
  • Updating the client database, maintaining accurate records, driving effective targeted e-shot email campaigns.
  • Produce eye catching, high quality marketing content for the companies specific target audience / target market increasing exposure & driving new revenue streams.
  • Using HubSpot CMS/CRM system to update the companies website plus data records, as well as uploading content & refreshing marketing processes
  • Working closely with external marketing agencies (when needed).
  • Contributing to the Communications and Content schedule producing highly creative, fresh innovative content ideas.
  • Maintaining Social Media accounts on Facebook and LinkedIn (Business Development), including posting content.
  • Attending client meetings & exhibition / networking events
  • Assisting with developing & rolling out the marketing strategy.

Skills & Experience:

  • Ideally 1-2 years marketing experience in a B2B environment.
  • 360 degree digital & traditional marketing experience.
  • Experienced in using Marketing software programmes and tools (such as HubSpot, MailChimp, Semrush, Google Analytics or similar).
  • Adept in managing multiple projects to meet set deadlines.
  • Experience using design & editing software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or similar.
  • Proactive initiative, thinking outside of the box.
  • Excellent communication skills (face-to-face, telephone & written)
  • Proficient IT skills - Microsoft Office

Hours / Working Pattern:

  • Full-time, permanent role, working 8am-5pm Monday to Friday
  • 5 days on-site working in the Lincolnshire HQ
  • Attending Business Events & Exhibitions
