If you're seeking an engaging opportunity to work within the Public Sector, we have an opportunity for you! Our Public Sector Client situated at RAF Digby in Lincoln are looking for an Admin Officer to join their team on a Full Time Temporary basis. As a vital member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless running of the general organisation. This is a Temporary position, however, is very likely to be extended.
The ideal candidate will come from an Administration background. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication and administration skills and be able to work to their own initiative. Training will be provided once in the assignment.
Please note this position is solely office based.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the diary of 5 clinicians
  • Booking appointments
  • Recalling patients
  • Collecting and sending post
  • General administrative tasks



Requirements:

  • Previous experience in reception work
  • Previous MOD experience is a strong advantage
  • Fluent in Microsoft platforms is essential
  • Previous experience managing an inbox
  • Friendly and welcoming persona
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Good computer skills overall
  • Ability to Manage high case load
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
