Dovetail and Slate is partnering with a reputable college to recruit an experienced Metal Fabrication Trainer. If you have a passion for teaching and experience in metal fabrication or related trades, this could be the ideal opportunity for you!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver hands-on, engaging lessons across a range of metal fabrication techniques.
- Guide students through real-world projects, teaching industry-standard skills.
- Foster a supportive and inspiring learning environment that encourages student development.
- Share your expertise to help shape the careers of future professionals in metal fabrication and related fields.
What We're Looking For:
- Level 2-3 qualification in metal fabrication or related trades (e.g., welding, engineering).
- Level 3+ Teaching Qualification
- Strong experience in the metal fabrication trade, with a passion for sharing knowledge.
- Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check.
- A desire to teach and inspire others, with the drive to make an impact in students' careers.
