My client, based on the outskirts of Central Lincoln, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Office Junior to join their team within the legal sector. As an Office Junior, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations in the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent time-management, a willingness to learn and progress and have a good understanding of office procedures on a day-to-day basis. This is a perfect position for someone who is looking kick start their career in an office environment with a close and supportive network.

Position: Full Time

Salary: Competitive Rate

Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:00-18:00 / Friday 08:00 - 17:00.

Duties Include (but not limited to):

- Greeting clients in a friendly manner.
- Carrying out general administrative tasks.
- Making and Responding to emails and telephone calls and forwarding them to the correct recipient.
- Scanning documents, filing and printing.
- Assisting with the preparation of documents and meetings.
- Making sure documents are up-to-date and are stored in-line with GDPR regulations.

Requirements:

- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills, both written and verbally.
- Willingness to learn and progress.
- Being able to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Full UK Driving License and own transport (desirable)

Experience:

- GCSE English and Maths Grade 4 and above.
