Are you available immediately with payroll experience?

We are recruiting for a Payroll Clerk to support within an ongoing temporary assignment, with a potential to becoming permanent. This is a hybrid working position which will allow you the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week and the remaining 3 days in the office. You can be based in the office either in Boston or Spalding. Hours are 37 per week, 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Thursday and with an early 4:30pm finish on a Friday. You will have a 1 hour lunch break which can be amended to offer flexibility if you wish to start later and have a shorter lunch break.

This supportive company and team are looking for someone with payroll experience to start on the 13th January 2025. The hourly rate is 12 - 12.98ph depending on your experience.

Duties will include:

  • Processing expenses and payroll, processing 4 monthly payrolls
  • Calculate and process payments such as sick pay, maternity pay etc.
  • Act as the first point of contact for payroll queries
  • Communicate relevant information to pension providers, HMRC, etc.

Full training will be given on the system and Local Government Pension schemes. This company are seeking someone with a high volume payroll background. Ideally you will have dealt with a manual payroll.
