We are seeking a Site Services Manager who is a Continuous Improvement Champion, proactive, detail-oriented and experienced in site services, particularly within FMCG.

As the Site Services Manager, in a newly created role, you will lead and supervise the Site Services Team while ensuring the smooth day-to-day of site services, working closely with the Engineering Team.

Key responsibilities are to ensure Site Services and ancillary equipment is fully functional to meet the needs of a 24/7 food manufacturing facility, through robust preventative / planned maintenance / condition monitoring and process control systems.  

The Site Services Manager will lead their team to ensure statutory compliance is managed to meet relevant legal requirements and use effective continuous improvement methods to continually improve site efficiencies.

You will deliver through your team and your team’s capability to deliver industry best practice, world class manufacturing standards and retailer codes of practice. 

The role is crucial to the efficient running of our client’s manufacturing site and therefore you will be required to demonstrate excellent communication skills when liaising with internal departments and external contractors.

Ideally, you’ll have experience of working with food processing and packaging equipment, however familiarisation training on this specialist equipment can be provided for the right candidate.
