As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive home environment for children and young people. Working as part of a caring team, you will be guided and supported by a Registered Manager and collaborate with other professionals to deliver tailored therapeutic care that meets the unique needs of each child.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead by example, providing high-quality care and support while mentoring and guiding support workers to ensure best practices.

Daily Care: Support the daily living needs of children and young people, creating a stable and loving environment that promotes growth, recovery, and positive change.

Relationship Building: Establish meaningful relationships with children and young people, fostering trust and creating a lasting, positive impact on their lives.
What We’re Looking For:

Caring Nature: We value individuals who are naturally caring, flexible, and resilient.

Experience: At least 12 months of experience in the care sector is required.

Qualifications: A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare is preferred, and your hourly pay will reflect this qualification.

Flexibility: Ability to work flexible shifts, including sleep-ins, as required to meet the needs of the children.

Driving Licence: A Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Age Requirement: Applicants must be over the age of 21.
