Service Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Adult Social Care Lawyer for a local authority in Lincolnshire.
The contract is for a 3-month rolling basis with a competitive pay rate of £50-60 per hour umbrella, and the role is outside of IR35.
This position allows for remote work and involves providing legal advice on complex Adult Social Care issues.
Candidates must be qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, or Barristers with at least 3 years of PQE in Adult Social Care law.
Experience in public sector organizations and representing clients in court and tribunals is also required.

Service Care Solutions is working on behalf of an employee-focused local authority, based inLincolnshire, which needs an experiencedAdult Social Care Lawyerto join their team.

The duration of this contract is on a3-monthrolling basis. They can pay a competitive rate of50-60ph umbrella and this role is outside of IR35! This can be done on a remote basis.

Key Responsibilities of the Adult Social Care Lawyer role:

Provide legal advice on complex issues related to Adult Social Care. This will include deprivation of Liberty Applications, Deputyship and the interrelation of the Mental Health legislation in Adult Social Care Proceeding.
Support junior member of the Adult Social Care legal team.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 3 years of PQE in Adult Social Care law.
Experience in representing clients in court and tribunals.
Someone who has worked for a public sector organisation within an Adult Social Care legal team.
