We're recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join an established and growing food company in Lincolnshire. With continuous investment in new machinery and production lines, this is an exciting time to join a forward-thinking business.
About the Role:
- Working on a rotating **4 on, 4 off** shift pattern (days and nights).
- Maintaining and improving production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and high efficiency.
- Supporting process improvements, helping the company stay at the cutting edge of food production.
- Contributing to an excellent health and safety culture and driving improvements in site performance.
What We're Looking For:
- A qualified multi-skilled engineer with both electrical and mechanical skills.
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Strong team player with the ability to work on your own initiative.
