Job Summary:

Hours:

Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
1 in 2 Saturdays: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs to manufacturer standards.
Perform diagnostic work to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
Ensure all work is completed efficiently, maintaining the dealership's high standards of quality.
Stay updated with the latest training, especially in EV technology and diagnostic techniques.
Deliver outstanding customer service by providing clear communication and timely updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
Proven experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
Passion for learning and adapting to the latest technologies, especially in EV.
Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
