Key Responsibilities
- Manage large and technically complex requests for quotes and tenders
- Oversee projects from inquiry to completion, ensuring effective communication with relevant teams
- Draft and dispatch quotations while managing orders related to projects
- Interpret customer needs to propose optimal pump solutions
- Handle all project documentation, including technical drawings and contracts
- Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders
- Address client queries promptly and effectively
Your Experience:
- Technical background with the ability to understand engineering drawings.
- Experience in project management within an engineering setting, in pumps or a closely related field
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills, organized, and motivated to collaborate
