We are currently looking for a Fabrication Team Leader to work on days, with a salary of circa 36,400.00. This is a permanent opportunity to join one of the UK's leading Manufacturing companies who have a highly reputable name within their specialised field.
A privately-owned business with strong links throughout their industry, they are market leaders within their sector offering and outstanding product. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Fabrication Team Leader to expand the business further.

Located a short drive from Hull, Withernsea, Bridlington and Beverley and surrounding areas.
This is a working Team Leader role, adding value to the department output which will involve a large proportion of the time being a welder/fabricator.
Fabrication Team Leader Role/Requirements:
- Organise, control, and direct the activities of production operatives on that shift
- Organise and control the work within the section in accordance with the production plan and priorities as defined by the Senior Supervisor
- Control attendance and absence keeping the Senior Supervisor informed
- Ensure that work is completed within the allocated time and the planned customer requirement date.
- Ensure job packs are completed in a timely manner and are signed off at each stage of handover.
Experience of the Team Leader:
- Team Leader or similar experience within am engineering/fabrication environment is essential
- Strong communication skills on all levels
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Ensures deadlines are met whilst working under pressure
What is on offer for the Fabrication Team Leader:
- Salary: Circa 36,400.00
- 40 hours basic and overtime available at an uplifted rate
- 33 days Holiday including stats
- Working Days Monday to Thursday
- Ongoing training provided to up-skill further
Ideally the Fabrication Team Leader will have previous experience working within the structural/modular industry.
